PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of work accompanied by lift to reduce the labor in assembling or removal by arranging a plurality of gondola for loading a worker in multiple stages, and horizontally moving and raising/ lowering the gondolas. SOLUTION: Three working gondolas 2, 3, 4 are arranged vertically in multiple stages. Elevator winches 5, 6, 7 are constituted so as to wind and unwind a wire 8, whereby each gondola 2, 3, 4 suspended by the wire 8 is independently vertically raised and lowered by changing the suspending length of the wire 8. The gondolas 2, 3, 4 are horizontally moved by a moving means 20. The moving means 20 is formed of a traveling rail 21 laid circumferentially along the upper end surface of a sidewall T1 and two electric trolleys moving circumferentially along the traveling rail 21. In a working lift device 1, three stages of gondola 2, 3, 4 are vertically arranged, so that workers can simultaneously vertically perform a plurality of works on the gondolas 2, 3, 4.
