PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moor a boat with power generation system structure used for tidal powder generation and ocean current power generation for generating power by utilizing current power of a tidal current and an ocean current, and increase the current power of the tidal current and the ocean current. SOLUTION: A moored boat 1 is provided with a throttle plate (wall) 2 to increase current power, has structure wherein an inlet port is widened and an outlet is narrowed as if both hands are opened, and is constituted to float on the ocean. A device to adjust draft in response to the depth of water is provided to be stationarily fixed by an anchor 7. The boat is easily set even in a strait of high flow velocity and deep water depth, and is easily removed even in the case where it is removed for some reasons.
