PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cup insertion port of a cup holder as an insert opening of a portable telephone. SOLUTION: A cup holder 10 is provided with a cup insertion port 43 into which a cup is to be inserted. An adapter 70 is fitted in the cup insertion port 43. The adapter 70 is provided with a vertically extending insert opening 71, into which a portable telephone 100 can be inserted. Recessed and projecting parts which fit each other are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cup insertion port 43 and the outer peripheral surface of the adapter 70. More specifically, the recessed parts are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the adapter 70, and edges of right and left holder half parts 40, 41 are used as the projecting parts.
