PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce advertising effects advantageous for a manufacturer of residence by a method wherein at least one of a residence drawing, name of manufacturer, and trade name is printed on a postcard for notifying change of address, which is delivered by a resident, thereby providing an elaborate moving notice. SOLUTION: A photograph of residence 2, name of manufacturer 3, trade name 4, notice of change of address 5, address of resident 6, and name of resident 7 are printed on the rear side 12 of a postcard 1. A photograph 2 of a house of resident is printed on the upper half of the rear side 12, and the name 3 is printed at a house in the photograph 2. And under the photograph 2, the trade name 4 of a house of the resident is printed, while the notice 5 is printed under the name 4, and the address 6 and name 7 are printed under the notice 5. The photograph 2 may be a photograph of the house of the resident or a photograph of a house of the same trade name.
