PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display where an image can be confirmed easily and a print forming apparatus where print can be designated easily. SOLUTION: The print forming apparatus comprises a slot for loading a memory card, a detector 103 for detecting a memory card loaded into the slot, a reader 102 for reading out an image data and a color management data stored in the memory card depending on the detection results, a printer CPU 101 for processing a read out image data based on the color management data, and a printer 104 performing printing based on the processed image data. An image of higher quality can thereby be printed based on the color management data including color conversion tables different for each type of digital steel camera DC.
