PURPOSE:To prevent the disturbance of synchronism at the joint of scene by previously recording a video signal synchronizing with the rotation of a capstan and by generating a spurious vertical synchronizing signal which compensates signal absence in reproduction. CONSTITUTION:Vertical synchronizing signal G separated from video signal F by vertical-synchronizing-signal separating circuit 27 becomes a reset input of (n)-notation counter 22, in which synchronizing signal B is outputted. Even if pulses of signal G are not generated in a no signal section, counter 22 outputs synchronizing signal B in continuous phase corresponding to the extent of the rotational displacement of capstan motor 16. This signal B is shaped into signal I by monostable multivibrator 28. At a normal recording part where the output of carrier detecting circuit 25 is at ''1'', switch circuit 26 is selected to side N to make signal F input signal J to TV receiver 10, and at the nonsignal part where the output of circuit 25 becomes ''0'', circuit 26 is changed over to side BL to make signal I to signal J. As a result, a suprious vertical synchronizing signal is compensated in the nonsignal section. |
