PURPOSE:To rewrite subscriber service data easily by shortening the time for data modification by eliminating the time for setting data at parts where modification is unnecessary, by correcting partially the contents of standard ROM and replacing them. CONSTITUTION:If standard ROM10 is connected to ROM socket 6 when the AC power source is connected to an outlet, its data are transferred to buffer storage 12 and under the control of control circuit 3 as a master page, service data in the page are displayed by lighting keys 2 fitted with LEDs, etc. When ROM10 is not connected, ROM10 is inserted after the power source is turned on, thereby performing similar operation. Next, the page of control circuit 3 is turned over to input service data to be displayed to buffer storage 12 from function keys 7, and the contents inputted from ROM10 are partially corrected to output the service data on printer 5. Thus, the time for setting data at parts where modification is unnecessary is eliminated to write the subscriber service data easily.
