<p>PURPOSE:To penetrate a seasoning into vegetables in a short time and to prepare pickle, by soaking the vegetables in a seasoning solution, followed by pressing. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables are put in the main body 3 of a container with the cover 2 in open state, the main body 3 of the container is filled with the previously prepared seasoning solution 17, and the Japanese radishes 16 are soaked in it. The cover 2 is set on the main body 3 of the container, the thumb screws 11 and 11 are droven and fixed, and the countainer is sealed up. The valve 9 is opened, the pump 10 is operated, and pressured water is fed from the feed opening 7 for pressured fluid of the cover 2 to the container.
