<p>PURPOSE:To prepare cans of fruit of kochia scoparia having improved taste, by giving constant pressure to processed fruit of kochia scoparia in water-saturated state so that the fruit is made in a state <= the water-saturated state, followed by canning it. CONSTITUTION:Fruit of kochia scoparia is boiled in hot water for about 30min, soaked in tepid water for about one day, put in a bamboo basket and rubbed by hands so that its husk is flown away. The fruit is subjected to a sieve, sundries are removed, and the dehydrated fruit is fully fed to cans. Temporary covers are placed on the cans, which are inverted, heated at >=95 deg.C for 30min, and the temporary covers sealed up at 93-94 deg.C to makes cans of fruit of kochia scoparia.</p> |
