<p>PURPOSE:To form an accurate reference surface free from a position shift by combining a microstrip line or slot line with a looplike slot line provided on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:At right angles to looplike slot line 8 provided on a substrate, microstrip line 7 having one open terminal is provided on the opposite side of the substrate. Thus, a high frequency signal from input-output boat 3 is branched to line 8 through line 7 in parallel and on surface 9, the voltage is maximized, forming an electrically open surface on surface 9. In this case, there is a little influence of parastic capacity, etc., so the accurate reference surface is obtained. Further, slot line 11 is connected at right angles to looplike slot line 12 provided on the substrate and this is used as input-output boat 3 to form electric short-circuit surface 13 as the accurate reference surface. Thus, the accurate reference surface free from a position shift is formed.</p> |
