PURPOSE:To find out the deterioration of light source and the abnormality of optical system by detecting the abnormality of the output of the light receiving element measuring the transmittance or absorbancy of the test liquid reacted of the reagent poured dividedly in a reacting tube with the sample. CONSTITUTION:In the fixed time t1, t2... in the course of reaction of the test liquid, wherein reagent and sample are mixed, the output of the light receiving elements 4A, 4B... to be photometered is changed over by turns through a miltiplexer 8 to feed to a logarithmic circuit 9. The output of said logarithmic circuit 9 is A/D changed over through a sample hold circuit 10 memorizing each measured value and then is fed to an arithmetic control circuit 12 joined with the digital signals corresponding to the reference value memorized on the memory 13. When each measured value is within the reference value in said arithmetic control circuit 12 it is registered on the register 18 through the interface 17, while in case most of the output of the light receiving element shows the abnormality the abnormality detection signals are fed to the interface 14 to raise an alarm or to stop an analyzer through a driving means 16. |
