PURPOSE:To independently set a controlling voltage at a regulating temperature point by connecting a plurality of temperature sensing circuits formed by connecting temperature sensing resistors and regulating resistors in series, in series to form a voltage dividing circuit and producing the controlling voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the diodes D1-D4 of the first to the fourth temperature sensing circuits having posistors P1, P2 and thermistors S1, S2 are conducted, a controlling voltage VG can be retained constantly irrespective of the temperature. When the first and third temperature sensing resistors R2, R4 are regulated at low temperature so that either one of the diodes D1, D3 is interrupted, the controlling voltage VG can be raised (in A region) higher than the reference temperature or can be decreased (in C region) lower than the reference temperature. When the second and fourth temperature sensing resistors R2, R4 are regulated at high temperature so that either one of the diodes D2, D4 is interrupted, the controlling voltage VG can be raised (in B region) higher than the reference temperature or can be decreased (in D region) lower than the reference temperature. |
