PURPOSE:To make uniform the flow rate of the stream which flows onto a propeller surface, by installing the apparatus for accelerating the stream which flows onto a screw, at the position above a propeller shaft on the upstream side of the screw. CONSTITUTION:A pair of turning rollers 11 are arranged along the center plane of a hull, above a propeller shaft 2 and on the upstream side of a screw propeller 1. At the front and in the back of the turning roller 11, a stream rectifying strat 13 is arranged for preventing the generation of the stream opposite to the stream shown by the arrows (b) and (c). |
