PURPOSE:To efficiently absorb the heat generated at an air core coil and to diffuse the heat in a rotor for flat motor by molding an air core coil with the mixture of fibrous nonmagnetic metallic pieces and resin. CONSTITUTION:Three air core coils 11 are disposed equi-distantly on the circumference, a nonmagnetic ring 12 to be engaged with a rotor shaft 1 is disposed at the center, the mixture of fibrous nonmagnetic metallic pieces 13 and resin 14 is press- fitted, and is molded in a flat shape, thereby forming a rotor 2. Thus, the heat generated at the air core coil 11 is efficiently diffused through the pieces 13. |
