PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of forming operation for the molded resin article by conveying the molded resin article taken out from a mold to a position for separation and by separating a product by tapping the same after the gate part being cooled. CONSTITUTION:When a microswitch 49 detects that the molded article 10 is charged, compressed air for cooling is injected from outside into a blow-in port 43 by means of a solenoid valve and is then jetted to the gate 3 of the molded article through the intermediary of a nozzle 44. At the same time, a holder 38 is lowered by an air cylinder 41 to hold the molded article 10 down on a supporting bed 37 for positioning. Meanwhile, jetting of the compressed air is continued and thereby cooling effect is obtained though in a short time. On the other hand, after completion of a time set beforehand by a delay timer, an air cylinder 47 operates, thereby a fork 45 drops rapidly to tap the product 1, break the part of the gate 3 and separate the product 1 from a runner 2, and the product 1 is thereby dropped and held in a holding part. |
