PURPOSE:To enhance the varnish impregnation preventing effect of a leading structure of coil for a motor and to reduce the number of steps of manufacturing the leading structure of coil by soldering the lead wire of the coil to the lead wire of a cable, covering the soldered part with thermally shrinkable rubber and then impregnating the motor. CONSTITUTION:The connecting part 4 of the lead wire 3 of the coil of a motor and the connecting part 2 of the lead wire of a cable 1 are confronted and soldered. Thermally shrinkable rubber 9 is covered on the part between the soldered part 5 and the sheath 6 of the cable 1. After the rubber 9 is thermally shrinked, a fully impregnating insulation tape layer 8 is wound on the part between the sheath of the lead wire 3 and the sheath 6 of the cable to perform the full impregnation treatment. Thus, it can securely prevent the impregnation of the varnish into the lead wire of the cable and can reduce the necessary number of steps in the prevention of the impregnation. |
