PURPOSE:To generate a pulse indicating the frame period and make the frame counter needless to simplify the circuit constitution, by utilizing the output of the gate means as the pulse indicating the frame period in case the frame period is not an integral multiple of the PN period. CONSTITUTION:The interval of output signals (c), namely, reset pulses of PN generator 1 is constant, and consequently, the period of reset pulses of output signal (e) can be made equal to the frame period by selecting the set of the count value in counter 5 and the position of a specific pattern detected by AND gates 2 and 3. This fact is utilized for generation of frame pulses. |
