<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ink having sufficient wetting properties and hiding properties against various substrates and clear fluorescence properties, by using a fluorescent pigment, TiO2, a resin, a plasticizer and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:TiO2 having a particle diameter of 0.05-0.5mu, a resin (e.g. polyvinyl butyral), a plasticizer (e.g. diethyl phthalate), and an appropriate amount of a solvent are kneaded together. The mixture is dried to obtain easily-dispersible chips. Then a fluorescent pigment (e.g. Radiant Pink, P-1600-517) and an org. solvent (e.g. n-butyl acetate) are mixed with the chips. The mixture is adjusted so as to give a viscosity of 10-100cps. EFFECT:Even after this ink has been left to stand for a long time, TiO2 and the fluorescent pigment can rapidly be re-dispersed merely by slightly shaking the ink several times when used.</p> |
