PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designable powder coating which can form the same texture design as that of a genuine woven fabric and is also suitable for articles needing flexibility, to provide a method for forming a designed coating film, and to provide a designed coating article. SOLUTION: This designable powder coating composition characterized by containing crystalline polytetrafluoroethylene having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 5μm in an amount of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a powder coating component, and the coating composition is used to form a texture- patterned coating film on an article to be coated.
