PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a simple structure which can stably and individually supply cooled water to a desired place at the time of radiation without being influenced by water returning from a plurality of heat exchangers, by constantly filling ice in a given place at a high density while reducing the entire conveying power of an ice water slurry conveyance system. SOLUTION: A plurality of oblong pipes each provided with a vacuum pump are disposed so that cold energy can be individually and stably supplied to heat exchangers in the individual levels, respectively. The water level in the oblong pipe is once raised by the vacuum pump and the state is kept. The oblong pipe is then filled with ice, by buoyancy, at a high density at a given portion of the pipe. Thus, by allowing high density ice to constantly exist at ice/water direct contact type heat exchanging portions, stable cooled water can be supplied to the heat exchangers individually.
|
