<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound proofing cover with a highly flexible tubular structure capable of being continuously molded in a long size and facilitate a mounting work to a drainpipe. SOLUTION: The tubular sound proofing cover applied to the outer periphery of the drainpipe comprises an inner wall, a sound adsorbing layer, and an outer wall. The inner wall is a flexible inner wall continuously molded in a undefined length along the hose axis direction by winding a flexible tape spirally, interconnecting its side edges, and retaining the shape with a hard spiral reinforcing body. The sound adsorbing layer is a foaming sound adsorbing layer continuously molded in the undefined length along the hose axis by spirally winding a soft foaming resin tape on the outer periphery of the flexible inner wall. The outer wall is a flexible outer wall continuously molded in the undefined length along the hose axis by spirally winding a flexible tape on the outer periphery of the foaming sound adsorbing layer.</p> |
