<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional data transmission control system that it causes disabled communication because both routes are interrupted until a fault is recovered, when the cross fault takes place in a transmission line in a network having no re-transmission control function. SOLUTION: A transmitter 21 (31) is provided with a fault detection section 22 (32) and a transmission control section 23 (33) respectively, the transmission control section 23, 33 transmit data via two straight paths a, b. When the fault detection section 22, 32 detect a fault of both data, the transmission control sections 23, 33 transmit data via two cross paths c, d so as to continue the communication, even if cross fault of transmission lines occurs.</p> |
