PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for commodity shipment which can make commodity shipment having a plurality of shipping places efficient in forwarding. SOLUTION: The commodity shipment system 1000 which allows an orderer to order commodities provided by sellers and a freight agent to ship bought commodities to a specified delivery destination is equipped with a candidate shipping plate database 42 stored with candidate shipping places where the bought commodities can be shipped and a shipping place selecting means 2 which selects a shipping place out of the candidate shipping places stored in the database 42, and the freight agent ships the commodities from the shipping place selected by the selecting means 2. |
