<p>PURPOSE:To analyze a trouble of a memory with high efficiency by reading successively the data stored in a data storing means and the parity corresponding to said data for parity check, and delivering the data address through an output means if an error is detected with the data. CONSTITUTION:The data stored in a data storing means 121 and the parity corresponding to said data are read out based on the address delivered via a data designating means 111. An error deciding means 131 performs a parity check based on the information read out of the means 121 to detect a data error and delivers the address of the corresponding data through an output means 141. In other words, the addresses are successively replaced for execution of parity checks and only the address of the data where an error is detected is delivered. In such a way, the trouble of a memory is analyzed with high efficiency.</p> |
