<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a heat loss due to natual convection and prevent an accident due to breakage of the adiabatic state by providing such a partition member in a horizontal pipe as lowering a degree of natural convection of a gas within the horizontal pipe and being opened when gas pressure within an inner container exceeds a predetermine level. CONSTITUTION:The partition members 11 are provided at a plurality of locations in the horizontal pipe 8 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. Each partition member 11 produces no fluid resistance when evaporated gas from a coolant in an inner container 1 is required to be discharged in a large amount, and allows the gas to flow along the direction as shown by an arrow 12 in the normal state. Accordingly, a heat loss due to natural convection is reduced and the gas within the inner container 1 is fastly discharged out to an outer container 2 in an emergent state.</p> |
