PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of drawing up documents through restoring the drawing-up device to a state right before selection, by pushing a cancel key when ''kanji'' is selected erroneously. CONSTITUTION:When an operator inputs information on the rendering of ''kanji'' in ''kana'' (Japanese syllabary) from keyboard 1, ''kanji'' characters that correspond to the rendering set in ''kanji'' dictionary contents buffer 6 are displayed at the prescribed position of display 9. If the operator when selecting a desired character over a look at numbers on the display pushes a wrong number key erroneously, different ''kanji'' is selectively displayed, so cancel key 1-2 on keyboard 1 is pushed to display the ''kanji'' having the rendering on display 9 again. Therefore, the operator pushes the correct number key to perform the documentation extremely rapidly. |
