<p>PURPOSE:To improve the regeneration efficiency of an adsorbent and maintain a heat insulating chamber at high vacuum for a longer period of time by a method wherein a heating plate capable of being heated is provided near the adsorbent placed in the vacuum heat insulating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A cryostat 1 comprises a vacuum heat insulating chamber 2 and a coolant heat insulating chamber 3. An adsorbent 7 is regenerated to prevent a depression of the degree of vacuum within the vacuum heat insulating chamber 2. When regenerating, a current is supplied from a lead wire 9 to a heating plate 8 provided near the adsorbent 7 so as to heat the plate. While heating the adsorbent with such produced heat, a valve 10 is opened to evacuate the chamber with a vacuum pump 11.</p> |
