PURPOSE:To restrain fluctuation of the supporting point very low when a strong impulsive force acts in the longitudinal direction, by providing a shoulder part for positioning in the longitudinal direction in the bevel end part of the vibration piece having a bevel part. CONSTITUTION:Very small flat parts 17 of approximately 0.1-0.3mm. length are provided to both end parts of vibration piece 12, and a stepped part, namely shoulder part 18 is provided on the boundary between very small flat part 17 and bevel part 13. Approximately >=0.01mm. level difference is sufficient for this shoulder part 18, and it is unnecessary that shoulder part 18 has a part vertical to the axial direction, and shoulder part 18 may have a round section or be a rapid slope. |
