PURPOSE:To obtain the video effect where a character is decomposed into small picture elements such as mist and is dispersed, by changing the recording position to the memory of the picture element unit of the video signal in relation to the pattern of artificial random numbers and the control signal. CONSTITUTION:Output signal PN of artificial random number generating circuit 20 and control signal CNT are subjected to subtraction by subtracting circuit 30. By decision of positive or negative as the result of this subtraction, multiplexer 40 operates to substitute the negative number with 0. This signal and sequential address XAD are added by adding circuit 50. This addition result is outputted as horizontal address XAD' newly. In respect to address generation in the vertical direction, the circuit constitution is similar approximately. |
