PURPOSE:To perform reciprocative movement of a driven object with a driving source which rotates in one direction alone by having an endless belt which is put on between pulleys and a clamping mechanism which selectively grips or releases this belt in a suitable position corresponding to the required stroke of the driven object on either tension side or slack side thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cog belt 19 is wound between gears 17, 19 of the same diameter, and the shaft of the gear 18 is connected to the revolving shaft of a motor 20 which does not make forward and backward revolutions. The belt 19, when driven by the motor 20, turns clockwise. A guide bar 21 is secured in the section where the tension side and slack side of the belt 19 are parallel, and a driven object 22 is inserted freely slidably to this bar 21. Gears 23, 24 are pivotally supported to the driven object 22; the gear 23 meshes with the tension side of the belt 19 and the gear 24 with the slack side of the belt 19. With the belt 19 in-between, a lever 25 is pivotally supported at its central part to the driven object 22 by means of a pin 26 in the opposite position of the gear 23, and a lever 27 is pivotally supported to the driven object 22 by means of a pin 28 in the opposite position of the gear 24. |
