PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a high voltage generator for the ignitor of a gas implement by assembling components for the high voltage generator in an insulating case to unitize them and enabling the application of various types of cocks to a metallic panel merely by replacing the panel. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements 2a, 2b, an intermediate terminal 3 which applies a high voltage generated between the elements 2a and 2b externally, an element 5 to be hammered, and an impact hammer 8 and so forth are contained in a cylindrical insulating case 1 having a cavity therein, and a high voltage generating unit A is formed. Projection plates 11a, 11b in which grooves 12a, 12b and through holes 13a, 13b are respectively formed at the centers are mounted on the outer peripheral surfaces of the case 1. With this construction, the upper edges of a metallic panel 15 which has a shaft 17 and an actuator such as a cam lever 18 or the like to be contacted with the hammer 8 are inserted into the grooves 12a, 12b of the plates 11a, 11b respectively, and are secured with clamping pins 16a, 16b respectively. Accordingly, even if another panel having different size and shape is required for the respective cocks as the panel 15, only the through holes of the upper edges of the panel 15 may be coincided with the through holes 13a, 13b of the plates 11a, 11b respectively. |
