PURPOSE:To reduce vibrations and noise, by disposing a collision body opposite to an armature, with a restricting member therebetween which is brought into collision at the time of attraction/release of the armature, and canceling the collision of the armature by the collision body which is brought into collision in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:An E-shaped yoke 12 is formed with a permanent magnet 11 clamped at an intermediate part thereof. An exciting coil 13 is round around a central part of the yoke 12, a leaf spring 15 connected to an armature 14 having a printing wire 16 at the tip thereof is fixed to an upper part of the yoke 12, and a leaf spring 25 connected to an auxiliary armature 24 functioning as a collision body is fixed to a lower part of the yoke 12. The armatures 14, 24 are simultaneously separated from the yoke 12 (which functions as a restricting member) by recoil strengths of the springs 15, 25, whereby the wire 10 is made to protrude. When a signal current is stopped, a closed magnetic circuit is again formed by the magnet 11, and the armatures 14, 24 are simultaneously attracted to end faces of the yoke 12, resulting in head-on collisions, which prevents vibration from being generated. Thus, generation of noise is suppressed. |
