<p>PURPOSE:To plan to utilize the crate again which is useful as the transporting box or the like or bottles, foods or the like by a method wherein the crate made of polyolefin, used for a long period of time and degraded in its strength against dropping, is crushed to make the core member of the crate and the outside of the core member is coated by new polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The crate made of polyolefin, used for a long period of time and its strength against dropping is degraded to a value of three times or less, is crushed at first. Then, two sets, for example, of injection molding machines are utilized to inject the new resin from one of the molding machine and the reproduced crushed resin from the other molding machine respectively and fill them into the cavity of a mold so as to coat and laminate the new resin on the core member of the reproduced resin, thereby obtaining the objective laminated structure of the crate. For a further reference, the strength against dropping is figured out by a method wherein four sheets of discs having a diameter of 50mm. are thieved from the crate, a rod having a diameter of 13mm. in the tip configuration thereof and a weight of 3,000g is dropped onto the center of respective discs from the height of 50cm under a temperature of 0 deg.C and the average value of repeated number of times until the disc is broken is determined as the strength against dropping.</p> |
