PURPOSE:To enable the accurate indication of peak value by performing discharge forcedly after lapse of a certain time when an input voltage exceed the designed value, while increasing the discharge constant by performing a forced discharge at an fixed interval when said input voltage is below the designed value. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage from an input terminal 1 is supplied to a peak holder 5 having a discharge constant neglegible a voltage drop caused by the discharge during a necessary holding time through a buffer 3. On the other hand, the input voltage is supplied to a pulse rise detector 9. When the input voltage is below the detection level, the peak holder 5 is always discharged forcedly by a mono- multivibrator 7 and a discharge switch 6 at the interval of the oscillation period of a brocking oscillator 10. In case of an input pulse over the detection level, the oscillation of the oscillator 10 stops at the rise point thereof and after approximately one period, the peak holder 5 is discharge forcedly instantaneously by the first pulse. Thus, the peak voltage is held constantly by a necessary holding time and discharged instantaneously and completely after lapse of the necessary holding time. |
