PURPOSE:To boost the main hydraulic chamber by the sectional area ratio of a large diameter to a small diameter and reduce the time of die clamping cycle by building a boosting cylinder into a die clamping cylinder, conducting pressure oil to the main hydraulic chamber and the large-diameter side of the boosting cylinder and conducting the same to the small-diameter side through the main hydraulic chamber. CONSTITUTION:If, in mold parting, pressure oil is fed to the main circuit (a) by energizing the solenoid of a directional control valve 14 with solenoid, the pressure oil is conducted from a pilot operated check valve 17 to a main hydraulic chamber D via a port 8. On the other hand, the pressure oil is conducted from a port 13 to the 1st chamber A through the ports (g), (h) of the valve 14. Then, the pressure oil in the 3rd chamber C is boosted by the sectional area ratio S1/S2 of the large-diameter part 11a and small-diameter part 11b of a piston 11, and in the end, this boosts the pressure oil in the main hydraulic chamber D. Hence, the pressure of the outlet side port 8 goes higher than the pressure on the main circuit (a) side of the check valve 17, thereby closing the check valve 17. Also, the pressure boosted by the piston 11 acts upon the die opening side sectional area SA, thereby providing the die opening force necessary for mold parting. |
