PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an operation where refrigerating capacity has been reduced in a low load by achieving efficient operation in a high load by varying the composition of a refrigerant effectively, and to provide the refrigerating machine of an air conditioner where the problem of the life of a compressor has been solved by controlling the amount of refrigerating machine oil of the compressor. SOLUTION: Refrigerating machine oil A that can absorb one type of refrigerant out of mixed refrigerants is sealed into piping between a four-way valve 2 and the suction side of the compression machine 1, and a refrigerant tank 20 having a heating means is connected by an approach pipe 22 having a first on/off valve 22a, so that the composition of the mixed refrigerants circulating in a refrigeration cycle can be adjusted and the capacity of the refrigerating device and the efficiency in the air conditioner can be controlled. Also, a refrigerating machine oil control means is provided to seal the refrigerating machine oil into the lubricant of the compressor and replenish the refrigerating machine oil that is sealed into the refrigerant tank into the compressor, thus providing the refrigerating device of the air conditioner where the problem of the service life of the compressor is solved.
