PURPOSE:To smoothly draw out a wire without collapsing the other winding layers and without any entanglement by aligning a wire draw-out hole to be formed in a press plate to the axial center of the cavity of a pail case and making the same smaller than the outside diameter of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:At the time of drawing out a wire 2 housed in a pail case through a wire draw-out hole 9 formed in a press member 8, the inside diameter of this hole 9 is formed to a diameter smaller than the outside diameter of a circular cylindrical cavity 3. Thereby, a clearance Y is formed between the outside circumferential part 3a of the cavity 3 and the inside circumferential part 9a of the hole 9. Hence, the wire 3a which is drawn out contacts the lower edge 8a of the hole 9. Then, even if the wire 2a is bent, other laminated coils do not exist in this bent part and therefore the coil layers do not collapse and no entanglement occurs. Also, since the entire coil exists within the pressurizing plane of the member 8, only the wire 2a to be drawn out is drawn out under constant resistance. |
