PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill and a fixed structure thereof capable of simply arranging an anchor bolt and a sill body with high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: The sill D includes a nut member 10 set on the front end of the anchor bolt 9, the sill body 8 mounted on the nut member 10 and a bolt member 11b screwed toward the nut member 10 side from the sill body 8 side.
