PURPOSE:To heat a maturing room to give a uniform temperature distribution, by means of a sheet heating element provided on all or part of the floor, ceiling and peripheral walls of the maturing room. CONSTITUTION:A maturing room is surrounded by a heat insulating material 10, and a hot water piping 15 is embedded under a concrete floor 11 as a sheet heating element. A wooden vessel 2 containing ''miso'' is placed in the room to mature the ''miso''. |
