<p>PURPOSE:To form the captioned covers without producing any crack in spite of the complicated or deep drawn configuration thereof by a method wherein a fiber layer material blended with crosslinking agent and a thin film of an oil resistive rubber or the like formed with a wrinkle pattern beforehand are laminated to integrate them by hot press forming. CONSTITUTION:An oil-tight material 12 consisting of the thin film of the oil resistive rubber such as NBR or the like, a synthetic resin film of PP or the like or a metallic foil of aluminum or the like and formed with the fine irregular wrinkle pattern on the whole surface thereof is put on the one face of the fiber layer material 11 obtained by blending phenolic resin and the crosslinking agent such as formalin or the like with the organic or inorganic fiber, for example, through a bonding agent, if necessary. Subsequently, they are integrated by the hot press forming with a hot press. The fiber layer material 11 causes a crosslinking reaction by this heating while the wrinkle pattern 13 of the oil-tight material 12 is extended in accompanied with the deformation of a curved forming or the like thereby obtaining the oil-tight layer 12' without causing any cracking.</p> |
