发明名称 RADIATION THERMOMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible not to be affected by nonrectilinear characteristics of a detecting element, by controlling a light-reducing step so that either one of output signals corresponding to two kinds of spectrum wavelengths of the detecting element becomes constant, and measuring temperature from the other signal. CONSTITUTION:Radiation energy from an object 1 being measured is brought into a detecting element 4, which is composed of two elements having respectively different spectrum sensitivities, through a light-collecting lens 2 and a light-reducing step 3, and outputs corresponding to two kinds of spectrum wavelengths are obtained. First output e1 of the detecting element 4 is compared with reference signal ec by a comparator 5, and the output e1 is made constant all times by driving the light-reducing step 3 by a control step 6. On the other hand, second output e2 is put out as a temperature signal T from an output terminal 8 through an operating circuit 7. It is possible, by doing so, to execute accurate temperature measurement all times without allowing output signal of the detecting element to be varied even at the time when radiation energy to the measuring system is varied.
