PURPOSE:To enable the motion just as a set lap by detecting a travelling speed and a step speed in motion and generating a tempo according to the amount of comparison with the lap. CONSTITUTION:A step counting part 7 counts the number of step from a step detecting part 6 in every unit time from a counting part 3, and a speed/distance calculating part 8 calculates the step speed from the counting part 7, and a travelling speed and a travelling distance from a step of the step setting part 11 and memorize them at a real lap memory part 12. A comparison part 9 compares the setting lap from a setting lap memory part 5 with a real lap, and the result of comparison of a clock and a real lap from a clock part 3 with the set lap and a real lap is indicated at an indication part 10. A lead tempo generation part 13 generates a lead tempo based upon the result of the comparison and supplies it to a lamp part 14 and a tempo generation part 15. By this, the difference between the set lap and the real lap can be known and the instruction can be performed so as to be slow or fast according to the speed of the motion. |
