PURPOSE:To adhere a resin to the internal wall surface of a can body by softening and plasticizing it and form the resin film easily by utilizing the blow forming method by a method wherein the vessellike can body is utilized as a forming mold and the resin is introduced into the mold while high-temperature air is blown thereinto. CONSTITUTION:At first, the resin 2 such as polyethylene or the like is introduced into the mold 1 or the can body through a tubular forming section 3 and simultaneously primary high-temperature air is blown into the mold through an air port 4 to soften and plasticize the resin 2. According to this method, the resin is adhered to the recessed and protruded surface 5 of the internal wall of the can body mold 1 perfectly. In case the adhesion of the resin is imperfect, a sealing plug 7 is applied to an inlet part 8 and hot air having further higher temperature is blown thereinto through the secondary air injecting pipe 9. Thereafter, the mold 1 is cut at a cutting line S-S to obtain the objective vessel 6. |
