PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk chucking device which is used freely attachably and detachably, and can properly hold a recording disk constructed by bonding two disk bodies even if it is an inferior disk which has a level difference or a gap between bonded surfaces, and to provide a motor equipped with the same. SOLUTION: In the disk chucking device which can hold a recording disk D freely attachably and detachably on a turntable by engaging a claw member 34 with the inner periphery edge upper surface of the center hole of the recording disk D, the tip part of the protruding side of the claw member 34 is provided with a first inclined plane 34e on which the undersurface of the inner periphery edge of the center hole abuts in early stages of loading the recording disk D, a second inclined plane 34f which abuts on the upper surface of the inner periphery edge of the center hole in last stages of loading the recording disk, and a tip part surface 34g which is provided in parallel with a rotation axis so as to connect the space between both inclined planes 34e and 34e, and abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the center hole in the course of loading the recording disk.
