SOLUTION: This mounting structure is to mount the thin plate 1 of a resin molded article on an objective part 2 through a clip 3, the thin plate has a first through hole 4 and a second through hole 5 on its end parts, the clip is provided with an engagement leg 8 to be engaged with the objective part side by passing through the first through hole of the thin plate on its base plate 7 and a hollow cylinder 9 to be projected in the same direction as the engagement leg and to enter the second through hole of the thin plate, an extended piece 11 is continuously connected to one side edge of the base plate free to fold back through a thin hinge 12, and opening 13 to receive the engagement leg is formed on the extended piece, an engagement click 14 to be engaged with the hollow cylinder of the base plate is formed, the thin plate is supported at a plural number of points of the engagement leg entering the first through hole and the hollow cylinder entering the second through hole, and accordingly, even when unexpected external force is applied on the thin plate, it is possible to prevent breakage of the end part side of the thin plate.
