PURPOSE:To prevent the stagnation of a resin at the head of a screw by disposing a screw shaft and a breaker plate with their center axes being displaced to each other. CONSTITUTION:A breaker plate 4 is disposed with its center axis X being shifted from the center axis O of a screw shaft by a distance alpha. The molten resin introduced through a narrowed passage 2 formed with a reducing piece 3 flows through a breaker plate 4 and a passage 6 formed in an adapter 5 into a passage formed within a die holder 7. Since the breaker plate 4 is disposed with its center axis displaced from the center axis of the screw shaft by a distance alpha, a part of the molten resin flows over the head 1 of the screw, therefore, the molten resin will not stangate at the head of the screw. Since the stagnation of the molten resin is thus prevented, the thermal denaturation of the resin is prevented, so that the molded product is free from rough surface. |
