PURPOSE:To permit inspection with less effect of irradiation of radiations by constituting the link mechanisms of a zigzag shape and a pantograph shape by means of the modules built in with mirrors making optical transmission and remote controlling the objective lens positioned in the leading end part of the link mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:A hollow shaft and a hollow bearing are provided on the plane parallel to the long axis of a rectangular parallel piped or cylindrical light shielding case and with these as inlet and outlet for light, a relaying module for optical images is constituted of two pieces of mirrors or prisms provided within the light shielding case. A link mechanism of a zigzag shape and a link mechanism of a pantograph shape are constituted of these relaying modules 1-5, and the position of the objective lens 5 mounted to the leading end of the link mechanisms is remote-controlled by means of two pieces of wire ropes 21, 22 and a guide rail 25 to transmit the image obtained by the lens 5 with the mirrors built in the modules, whereby the surface condition of a limit part is remote-examined visually. |
