PURPOSE:To perform soldering of the coil and the cooling pipe of the spiral coil having a superior quality by a method wherein clamps are equipped at both sides of the longitudinal direction of the part of a copper belt to be soldered, nonmagnetic steel wires are extended between the both clamps, the boundary-line between the copper belt and the cooling pipe is pressed down by making the nonmagnetic steel wires to strain by a tension mechanism and induction heating is performed. CONSTITUTION:The copper belt 1 is bentin an arc type as to be wound spirally placing a groove 2 at the outer circumferential part and the cooling pipe 3 is buried in the groove interposing a solder 4 between them, a thermal adhesion withstanding tape 9 is sticked on the outside thereof, the clamps 10 are equipped at the both sides of the longitudinal direction of the part of copper belt to be soldered, the nonmagnetic steel wires 11 are extended between the both clamps 10, 10, the boundary-line between the copper belt 1 and the cooling pipe 3 is pressed down by making the nonmagnetic steel wires 11 to strain by the tension equipment 12 like ratchets, for example, and the solder 4 is molten by an induction heating coil 13 to solder the copper belt 1 and the cooling pipe 3. This method is transferred in order in the longitudinal direction of the copper belt 1, and the belt is wound spirally. Accordingly soldering having a favorable efficiency of work and the superior quality can be performed. |
