PURPOSE:To obtain a titled lens of which resin layers are uniformly thick and do not peel by integrally forming hydrophilic resin layers on the surfaces of a base material for the plastic lens. CONSTITUTION:The inside surface sides of glass molds 2, 2' are coated with hydrophilic high polymer layers 5, 5 (shown by solid black) in an imperfectly set state (unreacted monomer is contained and the degree of polymn. has progressed on the side near surfaces of the glass molds 2, 2').
