PURPOSE:To readily and surely couple the upper plate of field part and a frame and permit coping with any conditions by calking these by using a specific spindle shaft. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive agent 3 is applied on the top surface of a plate 2 provided with a center pole 1, and a ring-from magnet 4 is disposed thereon. Next, adhesive agent 3 is applied on the magnet 4 and an upper plate 6 provided with a number of calking protrusions 5 is disposed thereon. In this state the adhesive agents 3 are heat-set with a dryer, whereby the field part 7 of externel magnet type bonded and bound with the plate 2, magnet 4, plate 6 is obtained. A frame 9 formed with through-holes 8 for fitting of the porotrusions 5 in the bottom is assembled to the field part 7 and the protrusions 5 are plastic-defermed by the high-speed revolutions of the spindle shaft inclining at 3 to 8 deg. by a hydraulic high spin calking machine, whereby the frame 9 is calked to the plate 6. |
